One last question for you. My dad has post herpetic nueralgia from a
bad case of shingles. He has had some significant pain for about 6
months now. He has been on Nucynta and anti-depressants for the pain.
He improved over the first 4 months, but has been dealing with daily
pain that is still life altering. He is in his mid-70′s and until
December walked (at a pretty fast clip) 5-6 miles a day. I have been
looking atother treatments and chiropractic is one that I was
thinking of getting him to try. Do you think it is something I should
pursue? I’m a nervous about going to pain management specialists, but
he is growing weary of his battle and I want to try to help him get
relief.?
