About Us

William J. O'Donnell, DC
Dr. O'Donnell has been in practice for 10 years. In this time he has treated patients in cities all over the world, while having opened "Spine and Joint Units" in numerous clinics in the middle east. He has also enjoyed private and group practice in and around Seattle, Washington. Over his career, he has delivering tens of thousands of adjustments, while diagnosing and treating many diseases rarely seen in the US. He has been awarded numerous honors including the Frank DiGiacomo Technique award, Lorraine Welch award, Distinguished service award, and the WSCA Volunteer of the year award. He has recently moved to Corvallis, OR after having just finished up working as a personal chiropractor to a touring musician. He now has founded Vertebrata and continues to find time to continue his education, volunteer for the Washington State Chiropractic Association, and train for racing as a road cyclist.
Alexandra "Alex" Hollingsworth, LMT
Alex is no stranger to working with chiropractors as she is a graduate of the University of the Western States (UWS), formerly known as Western States Chiropractic College, which has expanded to include not only chiropractic, but massage education on the same Portland campus. Alex is a skilled bodyworker who has diverse interests including being an excellent volleyball player (she led her high school to the state championships) as well as a great cook. With hands that can be gentle enough for pre and perinatal (pregnancy) massage yet are strong enough to make even the toughest of OSU football players cry, Alex has what you need.

Jenelle Hess, CA, Office Manager
Jenelle is a welcome addition to the team bringing her smile, friendliness and her can-do attitude to Vertebrata while keeping us all in line with her organizational skills. A native of McMinnville, Jenelle has made Corvallis her home since 2005. Graduating from Oregon State University, Jenelle got her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in human development and family studies. Since working with Vertebrata, she has obtained her Chiropractic Assistant licensure, and is trained in the administration of various modalities as well as therapeutic bodywork including massage.
